The HBST-3000 electronic digital display Brinell hardness tester is an optical, mechanical and electrical integrated product with a precise mechanical structure and a microcomputer-controlled closed-loop system. The instrument eliminates weights, uses electric loading and unloading test force, feedback by a 0.5‰ precision pressure sensor, CPU control and can automatically compensate for the test force lost in the test. The indentation can be directly measured on the instrument through the micrometer eyepiece, and the diameter of the indentation can be displayed on the LCD display and the Brinell hardness test (HBW) range can be automatically displayed under the current setting state.
